Orthoprogressive Podcast is a dramatized class in which clinical cases, biological concepts, and therapeutic decisions are explored through a dialogue between characters representing different perspectives of clinical reasoning. Each episode unfolds as a narrative seminar led by the professor, who raises questions and challenges that drive the discussion. Three resident students analyze scientific evidence, confront diagnostic interpretations, and evaluate the biological and functional implications of each decision. Through debate, listeners observe how critical thinking in orthodontics is built beyond protocols and predefined answers. The result is a rigorous, dynamic, and accessible educational experience in which science is learned by following the real process of clinical reasoning.

In this pilot episode, the team meets for the first time around a realistic clinical case that will serve as a starting point for orthodontic reasoning. A young patient with dentoalveolar discrepancy, apparently acceptable facial balance, and non-obvious therapeutic decisions raises the central challenge: how to integrate diagnosis, growth, biomechanics, and stability into a single treatment strategy.
